The accommodation offers a double bedroom with an open wardrobe, a private bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, including washbasin, toilet and bidet for exclusive use.

We stayed here for a concert at the Unipol Arena and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place — it’s an easy walk, which made everything so convenient. Mornings were super quiet and relaxing after the concert, and the breakfast served was really nice. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!
